Chittoor: YSR Congress Party senior leader and MLA RK Roja said Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu left his own Chittoor district people ' shame faced ' but making quirky statements. Roja also came down heavily on Chandrababu for shutting all the sugar factories in Chittoor district. The irrigation project Handri Neeva was also neglected. The CM deceived all sections including women and farmers by not waiving their loans taken from the banks.
