Chandrababu Adopts Anti-employees stand

Vijayawada :  Expressing solidarity with the employees, teachers and pensioners who are demanding the State government to revert back to the old pension scheme, YSR Congress has said that Chandrababu Naidu has always taken a stand favouring the corporate houses with his anti-employees’ stand.

Speaking to reporters here on Wednesday party spokesperson K Parthasarathi has said, ‘the state has been taking anti-employee stand and has been using the police force to foil the democratic protest of employees, teachers and pensioners who have been protesting at the dharna chowk at Vijayawada.

Our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed solidarity with the employees who have been contending that the new Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS) would be faulty and social security depends on various factors of which the state has no control and it is better if the state reverts back to old pension scheme which is a time-tested one.

Chandrababu Naidu has always been favouring the corporate houses and business class and has never hidden his anti-employees’ stand. Even in his book ‘Manasuloni Mata’, he made it clear on his stand on pensions and the role of government employees.

He has been showing indifference towards employees by hiring contract workers or outsourcing the work which shows his mindset and when the employees are on dharna and wanted to meet him in the assembly he has pressed police force around the assembly.

The Chalo Assembly call was foiled by police and the state did not take any measures to bring the affected party to the negotiating table to sort out the problem but instead has been continuing with its anti-employees’ policies.

During his earlier term as well Chandrababu Naidu had done the same and invited the wrath of the employees and pensioners.

Our leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has expressed solidarity with the employees and said that the government would revert back to the old pension scheme, he said.

TDP’s Rampant Corruption Scaring Away Investors

Hyderabad: YSRCP senior leader Botsa Satyanarayana said that entrepreneurs were wary of investing in Andhra Pradesh due to the rampant corruption and the self-serving attitude of the powers that be. He said unbridled corruption and demands for kickbacks are putting off investors from coming to Andhra Pradesh.
Addressing mediapersons, he said industries would mean more jobs for the youth. But, for the TDP leaders, they mean kickbacks. As a result, industrialists and entrepreneurs are scared of coming to Andhra Pradesh, he added.
Referring to the issue of disqualification of the YSRCP MLAs who have defected to the TDP without resigning their MLA posts, he said the Speaker was changing his word every hour. "This is unprecedented. I have never seen such a situation anywhere. The Chief Minister and the Speaker of the Assembly have a great responsibility to uphold legislative ethics and conventions. How can holding of assembly sessions without disqualifying the turncoats be justified," he asked. The YSRCP would attend the assembly session if the turncoat MLAs were disqualified.
Referring to Fathima Medical College incident, he said the CM had given an assurance to solve the issue during Nandyal bypolls,, but had not done anything for the hapless students. He also dared Chandrababu Naidu to prove that YS Jagan's name figured in the Paradise Papers. Chandrababu killed democracy

The monsoon session of Andhra Pradesh Assembly was began on a dull note in the absence of the main opposition YSR Congress party.  The opposition has been demanding to disqualify all the defected MLAs from the house.  The turncoats switched loyalties to ruling TDP as Chandrababu Naidu offered Rs 20 to Rs 40 crore each for quitting the YSR Congress.

Party senior leader Gadikota Srikanth Reddy already put the demand for the disqualification of defected legislators before Assembly Speaker K SIva Prasad. But no action was taken so far.  The YSR Congress made it clear that the party MLAs will not attend the assembly unless the Speaker take a decision against the those MLAs.

Srikanth Reddy also said the ruling party owed responsibility for not taking action against the turncoats. Instead, the TDP was holding Assembly session sans the opposition presence.  The YSR Congress leaders alleged that Chandrababu threw the democratic principles to the winds by not respecting the opposition demand.

AP Assembly Session Resembles TDP Training Camp: Roja

Hyderabad: YSR Congress Party senior leader and MLA RK Roja  criticized Chandrababu Naidu for conducting the ongoing assembly session without main opposition. The session replicated as a training camp organised for party leaders and cadre by the ruling TDP in the Assembly premises.
She said, however, the training camp in the assembly will help Chandrababu's son and IT minister Lokesh to develop skills as opposition leader after 2019 elections. Roja also took on CM for promoting his son as leader through back door by electing Lokesh as MLC and then elevated as minister in the state cabinet.
YSR Congress Party President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy already exposed Chandrababu's failures in the previous assembly sessions, she said. YS Jagan fought from 'Delhi to Galli' ( street) on special status . The treasury benches confined to mudslinging on the opposition leaders without addressing the demands raised by YSR Congress in the assembly.
Roja said Chandrababu fell in sixth stage of hallucinations as he always claimed fulfillment of all promises made by him in 2014 elections.

Bless YS Jagan's mission to save democracy: Dharmana

YSR Kadapa: YSR Congress Party senior leader Dharmana Prasada Rao slammed the Chandrababu Government as having the singular distinction of surviving through the support of opposition MLAs. He hit out at Chandrababu Naidu for the unconstitutional manner in which he was seeking to run the government. Prasada Rao was speaking on the occasion of the commencement of the AP Leader of Opposition and YSRCP President, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's Praja Sankalpa Yatra at Idupalapaya this morning. Dharmana ridiculed the TDP leadership for not only admitting 22 opposition legislators into their fold, but also rewarding four of them with ministers' portfolios. The TDP government is being run in the most undemocratic manner, he criticized.
Dharmana said that the Chandrababu govt secretly issued as many as 2000 GOs which itself is a reflection of the complete lack of transparency of the TDP Govt. Moreover, the voice of the opposition is being stifled in the Assembly and opposition legislators are not given an opportunity to voice the concerns and grievances of the masses in the House, he said.
Under the circumstances, the only option left for the opposition was to reach out to the masses which was the underlying objective of YS Jagan's mass out reach programme, he added.
The Praja Sankalpa Yatra is also aimed at pointing out the irregularities of the unconstitutional means the Chandrababu Govt is adopting. He appealed to the people of Andhra Pradesh to back and bless YS Jagan's mission to save democracy along every step of the way.
