YSRCP to initiate no-confidence motion against Centre on March 21

Main opposition party YSRCP has announced that it would move no-confidence motion against the union government on March 21 in the parliament.

YSRCP MP YV Subba Reddy would submit a notice to Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan under the Clause 184 to move the motion of no confidence.

The opposition party has been intensifying protest with a slogan 'Don't betray us with Special Package, Special Status is our right'.

As part of the protest, the YSRCP has already carved out a strategy to stage protests in the national capital in the coming months of March and April. The YSRCP MPs would resign from their posts on April 6 if there is no announcement from the Centre on Special Status.

Speaking to media persons, spokesperson Ambati Rayudu said that YSRCP President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had only accepted the challenge made by Jana Sena founder Pawan Kalyan to move the motion.
